Fiddle Contests

The violin emerged in Italy in the early 1500s and seems to have evolved from two medieval bowed instruments - the fiddle being one. That doggone fiddle has been around for awhile, and so have cowboy fiddlers, fiddle contests, and Texas fiddle bands.

You'll hear some of the finest fiddle music by some of the best fiddler's around. Traditional and contemporary cowboy, and western swing fiddle music.
